At Idaho Farm Equipment Sales, we offer a 30-day or 50 working hours return/reject policy, starting from the day you receive your item, regardless of the time. During this period, you have the opportunity to inspect the equipment and return or exchange it for any reason—no questions asked. To initiate a return or exchange, you must notify us by 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day after receiving the asset, with the purchase date considered as day 0.

Return requests must be submitted via email. If you request a buyback, the vehicle must be located at the buyer’s property, and payment will be processed at that location. We will repurchase the vehicle from you for 100% of the original purchase price, minus any documentation fees, shipping, taxes, state fees, or costs associated with the return of the vehicle.
